StartUP FIU strongly recommends arriving early and using a shared ride service due to unusually high volumes of traffic. Uber is currently offering 50% off all rides to the FIU campus (see moew below). StartUP FIU is in the MARC building at Florida International University. Driving directions: enter the campus at the intersection of 107th Avenue and 16th Street. Go west on 16th Street -- the MARC is at the west end of 16th Street, to the right of Frost Museum. Visitor parking is in the Blue Garage (to the south) on the first floor. To best avoid traffic, those driving can also park at the Publix across from the campus on 107th Ave., and walk 1 block west on 16th Street to the end of the cul de sac and you will have reached the MARC building.
